With over 15 years in the industry, Artem is celebrated for combining the opulence of Russian craftsmanship with modern design.
At R&G Gems (Romanov & Gladkov), the jewelry brand he co-founded, his distinctive style blends contrasting elements to create unique, luxurious pieces. Artem combines the warmth of amber with the elegance of ceramics, white gold, rose gold, and platinum, while diamonds often serve as a brilliant centerpiece, elevating each design.

His work draws inspiration from the rich traditions of Russian jewelers—known for their exquisite craftsmanship, opulence, and occasional over-the-top kitsch, which Artem skillfully tames with minimalist, refined, and recognizable designs. The result is a striking balance of luxury and restraint, creating pieces that are both bold and timeless

Artem’s career includes high-profile commissions for celebrities, including a diamond ring for Scarlett Johansson and a ring worn by Margot Robbie’s character in the film Barbie. His creations, adored by many other famous personalities, have solidified his reputation as a master jeweler.
